  • Tanks:
    • One Death Knight OT that will dps often
  • Healers:
    • One Resto Shaman
  • Dps:
    • 2 Shadow Priests

Application

We care more about if you're fun to have around or not, but knowing your own class is important to. Please, look over some of these questions. Think about your answers. When you're pretty confident in your ideas, come talk to any veteran or officer in the guild, or Ressent. We can interview you, and if you're liked you can be guilded right away to let everyone get to know you.

1. What is your raiding experience?

2. How do you keep up on the latest theorycraft for your class?

3. Our current raid schedule is Tue, Thu, and Sun nights 7:30 - 12. Can you make these nights 100%. 75% attendance is required over a 30 day period.
Are there any other nights you can not?

4. Say we prepare to face a new boss for the first time tonight, with about 4 hours with attempts. What do you do to prepare?

5. What do you think of PvP?

DPS:

- What is your attack rotation or priorities?

Tanks:

- Progress depends on tanks. Do you feel that tanks should have priority on loot?

- If a special set of gear is required and intensive farming is required, whos job is it?

- What is the highest threat rotation?

Healers:

- If you are assigned to a tank, is it your job to worry about anyone else?

- What UI do you use? Raid Frames? Mouseover? Can you see specific debuffs like Incinerate Flesh.

Application Procedure

Applicants of interest are invited to join the guild as an initiate as soon as possible. We want to get to know you, and for you to get comfortable with us. Any member with Veteran status in guild has guild invite privileges. If they like what you have to say, they can invite you to join us. This does not give you any guarantee of a spot in raids or even in guild. Veterans help find people that are enjoyable to have around, they do not choose our raid crew. Your trial period starts from the day you're guilded. You'll have 2 weeks to just hang out and get to know people, show them what you've got. After that you'll have 30 days from when you're guilded to get members to vote you in. Members and veterans judge on anything they want, get to know them. You are highly encouraged to be yourself, and speak up from day 1. You only get 30 days, and you need people to like you, not just tolerate you. If most people are indifferent to you, and your performance is only acceptable, you will not make it.

You must maintain 75% attendance during your application, and after to retain status.
